MERDE DANCEWEAR SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the total weight of all the items on your order and the delivery location. Because the shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and not based on the number of items, orders with multiple items will normally be charged less shipping than if the items were purchased and shipped individually. Shipping costs include carrirer fuel surcharges and shipping and handling fees, subject to change without notice.
Merde Dancewear ships via UPS Ground and Priority shipping methods within the U.S and U.S. Territories and internationally to Canada. For shipping inquiries to all other destinations please call our customer service department at 1-877-637-3344.
Your overall shipping time is based on a number of factors, including when you place your order and the shipping priority you select at checkout. Our warehouse processes orders Monday-Saturday, pausing for most U.S. holiday. In most cases if you place your order before 3p East or 12p West and the item is in stock your order will ship within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a Sunday or a U.S. holiday it can be expected to ship on the next regular business day. The second factor that determines when you will receive your order is the shipping priority you choose. Our warehouse is located in the geographic center of the U.S. and orders sent via ground shipping arrive within 3-5 business days.
BACKORDERS
items that are out of stock at the time your order is placed will be put on backorder. Your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. If an item is listed as out of stock and you would to like to purchase it, please do so. In most cases backordered items ship within 2-4 weeks and are shipped on a first come, first served basis via UPS Ground shipping. You may cancel a backorder order at any time before it ships by calling our customer service department at 877-637-3344. Once a backordered item has shipped it may not be canceled and it is subject to the same terms of our Return Policy as the rest of your order.
