I know that you are just going to love all the dancewear, tights, dance shoes and dance accessories available at Merde Dancewear. In that rare exception you need to return an item, we have a few policies to share with you.

Returns are accepted within 30 DAYS of the date of your invoice. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our distribution center. If you need to replace an item that you have returned, call our customer service center at 1-877-637-3344 or visit our web store at www.merdegirl.com/store to place a new order.

What can we take back?

Only new, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached in the manufacturer’s original packaging may be returned within 30 DAYS of the original invoice. Every item purchased must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you. You may not return laundered apparel. We accept returns on dancewear that we would be proud to send to another Merde customer. In fairness to our other customers, we cannot accept returns on unclean merchandise. For example, we would not accept a return on a leotard that your Persian cat used as a blanket for a week before you returned it, even if you never wore it to class.

Please be careful with your selections on the following merchandise, as these items are NOT returnable or exchangable. They are yours forever, no exceptions.

Tights

Special orders.

Custom orders, including specially sized or altered shoes, leotards and costumes.

Undergarments and foundations including bras, nipple concealers and briefs.

Cosmetics.

Hair accessories.

Sale and clearance items are not returnable or refundable.

Where should I send my return?

Please ship all returns to the Merde Dancewear distribution center, listed below:

MERDE, 2325 SOUTH STEMMONS FREEWAY SUITE 502-B, LEWISVILLE, TX 75067.

Returns must be sent postage paid. Merde does not pay your postage to accept returned or exchanged merchandise. Please ship in a sturdy container such as a cardboard box so your item arrives safely. All returns must include a copy of your original invoice so you receive credit for your return.

Now What?

Once your return is processed, a credit will be applied to your account in the amount of the returned merchandise only. Refunds are NOT given for shipping and handling. Credit card purchases will receive credit back on original Visa, Mastercard or Discover account.
