Merde Return Policy
We know you are going to LOVE everything you buy from Merde, but in that rare exception you need to return an item, we have a few policies to share with you.
When?
Returns are accepted within 30 DAYS of the shipment. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. If you need to replace a returned item, call customer service at 1-877-637-3344 or visit our web store at www.merdegirl.com to place a new order.
What?
All new, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached in the manufacturer’s original packaging may be returned. It must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you. You may not return laundered apparel. We accept returns on merchandise that we would be proud to send to another Merde customer. In fairness to our other customers, we cannot accept returns on unclean merchandise. For example, we would not accept a return on a leotard that your Persian cat used as a blanket for a week before you returned it, even if you didn’t wear it to class.
Please be careful with your selections on the following merchandise, as these items are NOT returnable or refundable. They are yours forever, no exceptions.
- Special orders.
- Custom orders.
- Tights.
- Undergarments and foundations.
- Cosmetics.
- Hair accessories.
Where?
Please ship all returns to:
MERDE, 2420-C SOUTH STEMMONS FREEWAY, LEWISVILLE, TX 75067.
How?
Returns must be sent postage paid. Merde does not pay your shipping to return merchandise. Please ship in a sturdy container such as a cardboard box so your item arrives safely. Please include a copy of your original invoice so you receive credit for your return.
Now What?
Once your return is processed, a credit will be applied to your account in the amount of the returned merchandise only. Refunds are NOT given for shipping and handling. Credit card purchases will receive credit back on original Visa or Mastercard account. Merde will issue a check to customers who paid with check or money order.
